Fear it, do it anyway, a motto I choose to live by and something that puts me in mind of how I arrived at Roome. However, that is a very disturbing tale involving gloy gum, Mötley Crüe and two sherbert dip dabs, so let’s cut to the chase.
I’m here to help in a number of ways, not least by bringing an experience mash-up of digital agency + recruitment from back in time to 99 + fresh HR thinking + some strange paintings I make in my days off.
Meeting interesting creative people who love what they do, have opinions and are so full of ideas they can’t sit still gets me high on life. The employer employee relationship should be an exchange of mutual benefit. They get something, you get something. What perplexes me is people who accept boredom. As my mother always told me, only the boring are bored. You should be doing it for the lulz!
