ELEANOR ROOME

In 1999 I was introduced to recruitment. What followed would change my life. With a degree in business and exposure to cut throat investment banking recruitment it was enough to motivate me to go to Africa and Asia and teach elementary school, specialising in english, music and dodgeball!

After returning to London I began working as a Senior recruitment consultant specialising in digital media in London. Struggling to breathe in the traditional recruitment culture the opportunity arose to use all my knowledge and not compromise my ethics.

Surrounded by some of the most talented creative minds in London and supported by some awesome individuals and clients we set up Roome knowing that as an agency we could offer an experienced service with respect and ethos for those building their careers and organisations.

From setting up schools in Africa, qualifying as a Reiki Master and being submerged in the creative genius that London holds, I built Roome to bring together overall respect for the individual with ambition to help people to fufill and develop their potential.
