Project Manager (mid weight), London

This role involves

• a certain degree of client facing activity with regards to understanding approximate times for different digital projects and timescales

You will have

• a proven record of managing multiple projects, budgets and pitch proposal writing

Key responsibilities

• maintaining accurate and agreed quoting
• estimating and budgeting for internal agency services and external supplier costs
• monitoring job costs
• reporting to the client account management team

• defining elements necessary for the successful delivery of the project, and highlighting any potential technical concerns as/when required
• enhancing and adding value to any proposed digital concept, by making sure that you have sufficient technical knowledge to know what is possible (within limits)
• defining any potential technological risks to the project delivery and communicating them with the client to agree responsibilities
• providing a digital management point of contact for the client
• defining scope (wireframes/ technical specifications), cost and timings (in MS Project) of the project
• managing the internal and external team and resources necessary for delivery, ensuring the creative quality of delivery elements and technical robustness of the solution (some user testing and knowledge of how to track and report bugs/errors)
• ensuring that clients site objectives are translated into proper user journeys and that all functionality requirements are feasible and within scope of any project. And when to flag to the client changes in scope that will result in additional costs
• ensuring that the client's requirements are reflected in production - making sure that the scope/technical specification document has been followed prior to user testing)
