Looking for a new challenge and fancy overseeing the digital creative team alongside the Senior Web designer? How about the creative development of an agency's flash based interactive experiences? If so then this might be quite a treat for you too!

You will be mentoring the more junior members of a team of flash designers as well as other creative bods! You should have a love and skill for designing banners, tools and websites with loads of experience within the digital world or in an integrated agency.

Online advertising experience with a full understanding of online advertising formats is essential, whilst Photoshop and Illustrator is a given.
